Who we are
Arizen is a Mauritius-based group, founded in 2024. Through Arizen Global Solutions, we bring together nine specialist clusters, from CFO advisory, workforce and commodities to real estate, lifestyle, family office and impact, serving businesses, investors and families in Mauritius, the UAE and across Africa.
The challenges we solve
Without trusted local partners, entering a market is slow and costly.
Rules and licences are unclear, so decisions stall or carry hidden risk.
Investors struggle to realise and repatriate funds on exit.
Every Arizen service starts from what the client needs, how we solve it, and which of our pillars delivers it.
Our business model
All clusters operate under Arizen Global Solutions. Arizen NGO, our impact arm, supports all four pillars.

Our services
Explore the challenge, the service and the clients each cluster serves.
Growing SMEs and family businesses make big decisions without senior finance leadership, and their files are rarely bank- or investor-ready.
A fractional CFO service: financial strategy, budgeting and reporting, cash management, and bank-ready and investor-ready files, led by Hugo Jordaan.
SMEs, family businesses and foreign companies setting up in Mauritius.
Companies entering Mauritius and Africa struggle to hire, contract and pay people compliantly in each country.
Recruitment, payroll and HR advisory, with employer-of-record support, so clients can build teams without setting up HR in every market.
Foreign companies entering Mauritius and Africa, and growing SMEs.
Investors buy property but face unclear rules, uneven management and difficulty realising and repatriating returns on exit.
Real estate asset management from acquisition to exit: property strategy, leasing, tenant and operational oversight, performance reporting and exit planning.
Foreign investors, high-net-worth families and property owners.
Regulated activities are delivered through licensed partners, or once the relevant licences are granted.
Commodity buyers, sellers and financiers face counterparty fraud, weak documentation and sanctions risk in cross-border African trade.
Counterparty due diligence, trade document review, sourcing-risk assessment and deal structuring. We act as advisers only and never hold goods or trade proceeds.
Trading companies, investors, financiers and corporate buyers and sellers.
Families and executives moving to Mauritius or the UAE face residency, housing, schooling and banking as separate, slow processes.
A premium landing and concierge service: residency coordination, homes, schools, transport and one relationship manager, from arrival onwards.
High-net-worth families, investors and relocating executives.
Investors face an uncertain regulatory environment and find new African markets hard to penetrate.
Strategy, governance and market-entry advice, due diligence on partners and targets, and director training and coaching.
Boards, investors, corporates and public-sector bodies.
In development
African families invest across borders but struggle to structure, protect and pass on their wealth, or to bring funds back on exit.
A multi-family office for governance, succession planning, wealth structuring and consolidated reporting, alongside licensed banks and fiduciaries.
African high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs.
Regulated activities are delivered through licensed partners, or once the relevant licences are granted.
Coming soon
Brands and producers see demand in Mauritius and Africa but lack the local partners and route to market to sell there.
Route-to-market and distribution support: partner search, importer and distributor networks, and market-entry execution for products.
Manufacturers and brands entering Mauritius and African markets.
Coming soon
Women, young people and small businesses across Africa lack access to the skills, finance and networks they need to grow.
A non-profit arm for economic empowerment: skills programmes, SME support and mentoring, funded by donors and partners.
Donors, foundations and corporate CSR programmes, and the communities they serve.
Arizen MFO is in development. Arizen Distribution and Arizen NGO are coming soon.
